I’m back on the grind!!!

Well, Its a been a while since I took the time out to update my blog and a lot has happened since my last update. Signature is done and out there for sale at all the major skate shops. I’m still busy getting in touch with the remainder of the shops that still aren’t carrying the video. Its a work in progress. I started to skate again after a 7 week break where i worked day and night to finish shooting and editing the video. Well, I’m back on the grind with nothing to do for the moment. I’m working on getting involved with some new kinds of film projects. Expect plenty of exciting videos and updates in the future.

The Headliners for Signature

My Friend Sam DeAngelis was nice enough to take this photo a few months back while i was out filming with Jeff Dalnas during his first trip to New Jersey. Glenn Jersey from Long Island did the ad work. These are the official headliners for Signature. Look for more announcements coming in the near future.

Know your surroundings

Yesterday i went out to film and skate with Alex Nunez, Glenn Jersey from Long Island, and my good friend Andy Feliciano. We all met at Alex’s house and headed to Brooklyn to film and take photo’s at some random skate spots. We would later come to find out that we had wandered into Brownsville which a notoriously bad neighborhood. The second spot of the day was a unique rail that curved around the corner of a building and just as Alex was about to attempt the rail with his intended trick we were told to leave by the building supervisor. We Proceeded to take off our skates and pack our camera’s up when 2 individuals approach us asking about what camera’s we have. I slammed my trunk shut in defiance and one the attackers backed off. He partner then pulls out a gun and puts in on Andy’s leg forcing to open my trunk. The first guy then grabs a bag from my trunk and they made off with all of Glenn’s photography equipment.

I can not stress enough how important it is to know where are and who is around you. These 2 guys were definitely waiting for the right time to run up on us. If you skate in the hood and your not from the hood your easy prey for someone like that. Biggie wasn’t bullshitting guys....
